Google Pixel 4a Release Date, Price, Full Specifications, Features, Camera, Images :- Google has earlier confirmed the cancellation of its annual Google I/O 2020 developer conference due to the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), however, a video has leaked details and specifications of its Lite flagship smartphone the Pixel 4a. The Pixel 4a was scheduled to be launched at the event and the tech giant has said that it is “finding ways” to host its annual conference, however, the new launch date for the device has not yet been confirmed.

Google Pixel 4a Release Date

The Pixel 4a has leaked a couple of times before but now a hands-on video of the smartphone has come by making its way to the web courtesy of a Cuban reviewer, TecnoLike. The leaked video which is seven minutes long reveals pretty much everything about the device. The video shows a 5.81-inch hole-punch display device with the camera placed at the top left corner of the screen.

The presenter says that the Google Pixel 4a will come with a plastic body and despite the rather large camera module, the Pixel 4a could come with just a single camera, along with an LED flash within the module. The camera is said to be a 12-megapixel shooter, while the front is reported to include an 8-megapixel camera. The back panel of the phone shows a capacitive fingerprint scanner at a familiar position. A USB Type-C port on the bottom of the phone is also seen. Additionally, the phone seems to include a 3.5mm headphone jack, placed on top of the plastic frame.

The video also revealed that the pixel density of the 5.81-inch display and it will come with a 443ppi screen and a rather disappointing 60Hz refresh rate.

The video confirms the Pixel 4a will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor and 6GB RAM. The unit showcased in the video has 64GB internal storage and it is currently unknown if a 128GB variant would be available. The phone is shown to have a 3,080mAh battery.

For software, this device in the hands-on has been shown to come running Android 10 with the April 5 security patch, hinting that this is a production model running a beta version.

The video does not mention an XL variant of the Pixel 4a. However, that does not indicate anything since the planned launch is still a couple of months away.
